Stakeholder Manager 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful engagement, communication, and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders involved in infrastructure projects. This includes government authorities, regulatory bodies, local communities, contractors, and consultants. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships in the context of large civil engineering and infrastructure projects, particularly in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, local communities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring that information is communicated clearly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction teams, to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Navigate regulatory processes and obtain necessary approvals, permits, and licenses from local and government authorities in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
- Proactively identify and manage risks related to stakeholder relationships, including community concerns or delays due to regulatory issues.
- Address any conflicts or challenges that arise with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution to prevent project delays.
- Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, meetings, and agreements, ensuring compliance with project documentation standards.
- Lead public consultations and community outreach efforts when required, ensuring that stakeholders' concerns are addressed, and project impacts are minimized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is required, with a deep understanding of local regulations and stakeholder dynamics.
- Fluent in English (required), Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from government officials to local communities.
