Job Requirements: - Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and engineering of underground metro, road, and railway tunnels, with at least 5 years of experience in Detailed Design Consultancy (DDC) for metro projects. - Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in TVS, ECS, and HVAC system design for underground infrastructure. - CFD and Numerical Modelling: Proficiency in conducting CFD analysis and simulations and performing 1D/3D numerical modelling for system validation and optimization. - Design Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with design tools like Autodesk, FDS, Pyrosim, HAP, and SES/SVS. - Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of international standards such as NFPA 130, ASHRAE, Eurocode, and other metro, railway, and tunnel-specific guidelines. - Compliance Knowledge: Deep knowledge of fire and life safety requirements for tunnel and metro infrastructure. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with international consultants and Design & Build (D&B) contracts. - Knowledge of sustainable design practices for underground spaces. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Cerchiamo candidati creativi, dinamici e proattivi, con una naturale inclinazione per la progettazione strutturale e architettonica e ottime doti comunicative e organizzative.   Responsabilità principali: - Sviluppare e mantenere modelli 3D utilizzando software BIM-Revit conformemente agli standard aziendali e delle specifiche commesse. - Collaborare con architetti, ingegneri e altri membri del team per assicurare la coerenza e la qualità dei progetti. - Gestire la documentazione di progetto, assicurandosi che tutte le modifiche siano correttamente integrate nei modelli BIM. - Creazione di famiglie parametriche.   Requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria Civile/Architettura o titolo equivalente. - Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale nella gestione e modellazione BIM per opere edili. - Esperienza nella gestione di progetti conformi agli standard BIM sia in contesti locali che internazionali. - Conoscenza avanzata ed esperienza nell'uso di software Autodesk come Revit. - Conoscenza degli standard CRB per la costruzione quali: Codici dei costi di costruzione: eCCC-GC, eCCC-E e CCC. - Utilizzo di software di renderizzazione architettonica 3D (Lumion, V-Ray e simili). - Esperienza in lavori di edilizia con particolare attenzione allo studio dei dettagli e delle finiture (altamente preferibile). - Esperienza nei lavori sotterranei (altamente preferibile).
