For our office in Dubai, we are looking for:
Talent Acquisition Specialist – 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate must be a dynamic and proactive recruiter with a strong understanding of full-cycle talent acquisition processes, particularly in engineering and technical domains. You will play a key role in supporting our growing Middle East operations by attracting top-tier talents and driving workforce planning aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project management, and support roles across the Middle east region
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Execute effective sourcing methods, including leveraging job boards, professional networks, and passive candidate outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Organize and support candidate onboarding in coordination with HR and administrative teams.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent ARX Dubai in job fairs and professional events.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and generate regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the engineering or consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, employment practices, and visa procedures.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of international recruitment standards is a plus.
